The location near Roma Termini is convenient. Ms Lina at the reception was helpful. Added breakfast provided. Surrounded by good restaurants and convenience store.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Termini railway station, making it easy to access transportation. It is very near to the main railway station, allowing for quick connections to other parts of the city. Down the street, there is a cafe that provides breakfast, offering a variety of options such as croissants, coffee, fruit juice. the staff at the reception is extremely helpful and kind, allowing guests to leave their suitcases after check-out.
One negative aspect is that the Wi-Fi connection is not reliable, causing inconvenience for guests who rely on internet access.

Great location, very close to the train station and airport. Early check-in was a plus. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful.
The room was not as pictured, smaller and darker. The bunk beds were unsafe and I had to sleep on the double bed with my parents.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the Termini train station, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The staff was kind and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with new towels provided every day and the beds neatly made. The breakfast offered at a nearby cafe was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel facilities were great and we had no complaints.

Convenient location near airport bus stop, polite and helpful staff, daily towel changes, functioning fridge and internet, early check-in offered for free. Great access to termini, low cost but good food in the area. Clean room and bathroom, English-speaking staff.

The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The modern bathroom was a plus. The staff, especially Lena, was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for public transport and there were good restaurants nearby.
